AES Indiana is offering personalized customer assistance through Community Office Hours. Whether you need guidance on available programs or have specific questions about your account, the customer care team will be there to help you. Managing ever-increasing and often confusing energy bills can be stressful. This event offers face to face assistance where you can set up a payment plan on the spot or discuss other billing options.

These Community Office Hours will be held at the Julia M. Carson Transit Center (210 E. Washington St., Indianapolis) on the following days and times.

• Saturday, 4/12 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

• Wednesday, 4/16 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
